WATCH: The Rock returns to WWE at Bad Blood; stares down Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns

After the main event of the Bad Blood PLE from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, The Rock made a return to the WWE before staring a hole through the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and his partner Roman Reigns. With more than 16,092 fans in attendance, The Rock surveyed the scene after Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns had defeated Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu of the new Bloodline before raising his eyebrow and throwing up one, two, and three, to close out the show.

With the Bad Blood being the 60th sold out show of the WWE in 2024, as announced by Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque, the tag team of Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns, which was put together for the first-time ever, had a herculean task of defeating the new Bloodline in a tag team main event. In the midst of a hellacious battle, the Guerrillas of Destiny aka Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa caused a distraction, which allowed Solo Sikoa to take control of the match only for a man in a mask and a hoodie to show up at the floor area.

The Rock addressed main event of WWE Bad Blood in backstage segment after the conclusion of the show

Although the Guerrillas of Destiny grabbed the masked man, he took them out with a superkick before revealing himself to be Jimmy Uso, and then Roman Reigns speared Solo Sikoa, to pick up a massive win for himself and Cody Rhodes. Shortly after, The Rock showed up at WWE Bad Blood to everyone’s surprise before he showcased his intention to be a massive part of the next chapter of the long standing Bloodline saga.

Following the end of the Bad Blood PLE, The Rock took to his social media account to drop a major promo from the backstage area. He was quoted as saying, “What is The Final Boss thinking? Is The Final Boss pissed? Is The Final Boss happy? Is he somewhere down the middle? Well, The Final Boss says this: The Rock is feeling a lot of things about what he just witnessed. The Final Boss, you keep that camera rolling, The Final Boss is feeling a lot of things. You know why? There’s been a lot of bull**** that’s been going on in the past six months!”

Although The Rock didn’t address his future plans to be exact, he did address the main event of the Bad Blood PLE, and remarked, “You had Jimmy, you had Roman, and you had Cody. The Rock doesn’t have to say a thing.”
